My Personal Story
I lay halfway in the seat bleeding and unable to move, I couldn’t feel my legs, fearing I was going to die… As the jaws of life arrived how did I know that even if I survived my life would never be the same. In 2000, as my life was devastated by a drunk driver crashing head-on into my car, and hospitalized for 45 days. Broken from shoulders to heal, unable to walk or barely move, bound to a wheelchair for three years, I refused to give up. They told me I probably wouldn’t walk again but I refused to give up. My story could have concluded with accepting my diagnosis but triumphantly, wonderfully, what I feared was impossible was not. I obtained a Master’s degree in business and became an entrepreneur in those 3 years. I remained hopeful I would walk again. They had given up on me but I hadn’t given up on myself. Somehow through the grace of God I found the courage to face the challenge and never give up until the day I took my first step. I won’t get into the details of my pain and desperation during that time and 10 surgeries later, as you might imagine it was an uphill battle all the way.
I will share a video soon on the whole story that will hopefully never let you give up! This is not told for your sympathy but to inspire your every effort.
Two years later, after starting my business in 2005, I was Nominated Entrepreneur of the Year by the Business Journal. Since then I have owned two very successful companies,
Now lets move forward the present beginning my third business this time online to help others succeed. My road may have possibly been a little more challenging or not than some but we all have are challenges our challenges to overcome. I found a way to overcome many obstacles, and as you will find a way to overcome yours. I dont want you to feel sad for me, feel empowered that “nothing is impossible.”
I started both businesses with little money (the DUI driver had no insurance). Believe me that no matter what the challenges are, you can overcome them and come out on top. With the right attitude and belief in yourself. I am witness to that. I can’t promise I have all the answers, but together we will find them. No challenge too large…

Stay steady and determined, and you will find what I found the courage to move past your fears and faith and belief in yourself. I encourage you to reach out for wisdom and not give up, gain the strength to reach the top and persevere to succeed. My experience led me to my passion for creating the Biz Star Power support one-stop-shop that I would have given anything to have when I started my business.
We offer s support system of Targeted Star Power Groups, Master Group coaching, highly informative Fear Buster Webinars, reaching for your first million through memberships, Discussion Boards, Blogs designed to empower & enhance your efforts to reach your dream. Always creating innovative ways to support your success, making sure you don’t have to go it alone.
I will utilize 25 years of experience, tough times endurance, and education that I hope will help you stand firm to your dreams. I graduated with a Bachelor in Social Work/Psychology at the University of Illinois, where I also won the prestigious Frank Itzen award for Outstanding Performance in Leadership. In 2005, I graduated with a Master’s degree in the Science of Business Administration from Missouri State University with honors and currently finishing an MBA in marketing & management.
